Welcome to Sin Booze ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, services, event bookings, and any other offerings operated by Sin Booze (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our website or purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to users who violate these terms.

3. Product & Service Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our mocktails, services, and experiences. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders, Payment & Cancellation

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payments via approved payment processors.

Event bookings are governed by the signed Services Agreement for your event. In summary:

  • A non-refundable deposit is due when you sign the Services Agreement. Your event date is confirmed once the signed agreement and deposit are received, and the deposit is applied toward your total.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the event. If the agreement is signed fewer than 7 days before the event, the full fee is due at signing.
  • If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, the deposit is forfeited and no further amounts are due. If you cancel 14 days or fewer before the event, the full fee is due and non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule one time without forfeiting the deposit if you give written notice at least 14 days before the original date, the new date is within 12 weeks of the original, and we are available.
  • If the Services Agreement and these Terms differ, the Services Agreement controls.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including due to limited inventory, suspicion of fraud, or pricing errors.

5. Event Services and Liability

Our services are alcohol-free and focused on wellness and celebration. By booking a Sin Booze event or experience, you agree:

  • To inform us in advance of any allergies or special needs
  • That we are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages arising from participation in our services unless due to our gross negligence

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, text, mocktail names, event concepts, and design, is the property of Sin Booze and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, including pricing and availability, without liability or prior notice.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites and you access them at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sin Booze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sin Booze and its owners, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
