Refund Policy

At Sin Booze, we are committed to providing elevated, alcohol-free experiences and premium-quality offerings. Your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases or bookings made through our website or in person.
By purchasing from or booking with Sin Booze, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Event & Service Bookings (Catering, Pop-Ups, Private Experiences)
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy for service-based bookings is as follows:

Full Refund: Cancelations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled event or service will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund (50%): Cancelations made between 24–48 hours before the scheduled event may receive a partial refund.

No Refund: Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund due to preparation and staffing costs.

2. Product Sales (Merchandise, Mocktail Kits, or Online Store Items)
We accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:
a. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your product.
b. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Perishable items or custom orders are non-refundable
c. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

Gift cards or promotional codes

Services rendered

Perishable goods (e.g., fresh mocktails or ingredients from live events)

Any item returned after the stated timeframe
